Job Breakdown
Up to $200 per Hour
Strategic thinking with a collaborative mindset. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability in fast-paced, innovative environments.
Proficiency in AI/ML for predictive analytics or related fields. Experience with Web3 technologies such as smart contracts, decentralized protocols, and blockchain infrastructure. Strong understanding of healthcare data compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred but not required. Proven leadership experience in a technical executive role (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering) within startup or innovation-driven environments. Demonstrated ability to drive technology development from concept to commercialization, especially within healthtech, biotech, or R&D-heavy industries. Strong familiarity with Web3 technologies, decentralised systems, and blockchain infrastructure.
5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, preferably in early-stage or fractional work setups. Direct involvement in AI/ML projects, particularly in predictive analytics or healthcare solutions. Hands-on experience with HIPAA/GDPR compliance and healthcare data management. Track record of working with cross-functional teams in research-intensive environments, integrating academic research into scalable products. Exposure to decentralized science (DeSci) or working with real-world asset (RWA) frameworks in Web3 ecosystems.
