Experience
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred but not required. Proven leadership experience in a technical executive role (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering) within startup or innovation-driven environments. Demonstrated ability to drive technology development from concept to commercialization, especially within healthtech, biotech, or R&D-heavy industries. Strong familiarity with Web3 technologies, decentralised systems, and blockchain infrastructure.
5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, preferably in early-stage or fractional work setups. Direct involvement in AI/ML projects, particularly in predictive analytics or healthcare solutions. Hands-on experience with HIPAA/GDPR compliance and healthcare data management. Track record of working with cross-functional teams in research-intensive environments, integrating academic research into scalable products. Exposure to decentralized science (DeSci) or working with real-world asset (RWA) frameworks in Web3 ecosystems.
